My Magic Number Theory
What follows is my mostly developed Magic Number theory or Jem Theory that probably already exists but I haven't found yet.
Every Platonic Solid (there are 5 total) has a magic number... You may be thinking "how do we get this number? why is it magic? what is a 'plant on it' solid?" Don't worry, I will answer all of you questions in good time.
First of all, what is a Platonic Solid? It is a 3D object where every face is the same Polygon. Read more about them here: http://www.mathsisfun.com/definitions/platonic-solids.html
Ok, ok that's great. So what about this whole 'Magic Number' thing? If you add up the total number of corners, and then multiply it by however many edges and faces each corner is touching, you get the Magic Number for that solid. But that's not all; if you add up the total number of faces and multiply that by the number of edges and corners each face touches, once again, you get the magic number. You also get the magic number if you add up the total number of edges the solid has, and then multiply it by the number of corners and faces that edge touches (for this one it's always 4), as you can guess, you get the magic number.
A list of the magic numbers for each shape:
Cube: 48
Dodecahedron: 120
Shapes where the sides are triangles:
Tetrahedron: 24
Octahedron: 48
Icosahedron: 120
Oh, and if you have any ideas how these numbers relate please let me know in the comments or something (more detailed list below);

Creation of Life
Most people believe in evolution, and that life originated by chance, and yet nobody has been able to create a single living cell, nor give life to anything dead.

7 awesome Google Easter eggs
Search for "google in 1998" and the 1998 version of Google's search engine will appear.
Search "do a barrel roll" and watch the page do a 360 turn.
When you search "tilt" the page appears at a slight angle.
When you search Google for "marquee html" the amount of items marquees across the page.
Search "blink html" for all the occurences of "blink" and "HTML" to flash.
When you image search "Atari Breakout" you get to play breakout with the images.
Search Google for "Zerg Rush" to play a game where you defend the results.

.99999999......... = 1?
Today while thinking about PI and infinite numbers I came to the conclusion that 0.9999999.... (going on infinitely) = 1. Why?
1 / 3 = 0.333333333333333.......
3 * 3 = 9
0.3333333333333333....... * 3 = 0.9999999999999999...............
Thus, the math laws I thought I knew are put on trial. And lost.
UPDATE:: I googled this problem, and found this website: http://www.purplemath.com/modules/howcan1.htm
That puts it like this:
x = 0.999...
10x = 9.999...
10x - x = 9.999... - 0.999... = 9 = 9x
9x = 9
x = 1
1 / 3 = 0.333333333333333.......
3 * 3 = 9
0.3333333333333333....... * 3 = 0.9999999999999999...............

4.0e30
Looking back at my first post, I noticed I said:
All Google could tell me is it's 4.0e+30. A few years ago I would of given up at this point, mistaking the "e" for error. Later I learned that the "e+30" means x10^30 or that I should add 30 zeros to the end of the first number.
2 quadrillion squared is 4,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for all you who wondered (or just me.)
2 quadrillion squared (if anyone wants to calculate that, feel free.)Given I'm the main follower of this blog, I decided to calculate that (aka type it into Google.)
